Shipping Policy

We are a small business based in the United States, but we will gladly ship our products to any location worldwide.  Once we receive your order, we will have it in the mail within 3 business days.

Shipping within the United States

All domestic orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Transit time is typically 2-3 business days.

International Shipments

If you are located outside of the U.S. you have two shipping options:

International Airmail Additional $15.00 Delivery Time: 2-4 Weeks We are NOT responsible for lost Airmail shipments! Airmail is not an option for international PayPal orders. Reasons we hate Airmail.

Global Express Additional $45.00 Delivery Time: 5-7 Days Tracking information and insurance provided. We strongly recommend the purchase of Global Express shipping for international orders.

Return Policy

We have an unconditional 30-day money-back guarantee on all of our physical products. (Software-only purchases are governed by different return policies.)

If you are not satisfied with a product you ordered from us, simply ship it back to us within 30 days of receiving it. Providing that the merchandise is in the same condition, we will issue a refund in the amount of 100% of the original purchase price. Shipping charges are not refundable.

If you write on, disassemble, or modify the product in any way, we may only be able to issue a partial refund depending upon the repairs needed.
