Solution
ProScan is designed to be an affordable OBD-II scan tool for diagnostic and analysis purposes only. It is a must-have tool if you intend to tune your vehicle as it provides feedback regarding the success of your tune. However, ProScan does not currently provide any actual tuning or reprogramming abilities, and will not support any such ability in the forseeable future.
